More and more evidence is being gathered which affirms Internet Addiction Disorder, pathological use of the Internet, as a malady that is affecting many American college and university students. This study examined International students in an American college in order to assess whether they, too, as many American students seem to be, are showing pathological use of the Internet. The results show that a great majority of those International students surveyed are having frequent problems related to their use of the Internet. Implications for education are discussed |

for infusing computer technology into a school system. This article
describes some of the social and technological issues faced by
the Des Moines Independent School district when it developed a
technology plan and then tried to implement the plan in the school
district. |
